Neighborhood Prayer Walk
September 11 • September 25 • October 9

As a first wave of our initiative to reach the one-mile radius around our church, we will be conducting four Prayer Walks over the next several weeks. Each Walk will focus on one of our four primary targeted zones. We will not be knocking on doors – we will simply walk (or drive) the streets of surrounding neighborhoods, praying for God’s Spirit to prepare the way for several other evangelistic initiatives beginning later this fall. We encourage you to attend as many of these as you possibly can!
Meet in the Atrium at 8:30 AM for brief instructions and neighborhood assignments. Your prayer walking (or driving) will likely take less than an hour. Childcare is available by reservation. Call 660-2426, ext. 2245 or 510-3478.

Sweeter Than Chocolate: An Inductive Study of Psalm 119

Psalm 119 is the definitive chapter on the value of the Word of God and is one of those chapters of the Bible that gets less attention than it deserves. All who desire to know the Word of God and the God of the Word benefit tremendously from this passage of Scripture. From cover to cover, Sweeter than Chocolate invites the student to dig in, digest Psalm 119, and taste how sweet the Word of God can be. Sweeter than Chocolate Bible Study can help you find sweet words and real solutions from God's Book! Books are $26. Call Phil Ezelle at 666-8624 for more information and to register.
