Purpose:

The Laity Care Center is staffed with laypersons working under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. These Laity Care Leaders receive direction and ongoing continuing education from the church’s ministerial staff. They operate as a ministry of the church by providing individual, marital, and family assessments of current issues and problems and support through training firmly grounded in Biblical principles for the purpose of strengthening the body of Christ.
Trained Leaders:
Each layperson volunteering in the program is certified through a comprehensive and ongoing training program offered through the church using curriculum written and led by Dr. Kerry L. Skinner.

Premise:

… but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love (Eph. 4:15-16).
