What does Cottage Hill Baptist Church believe?
We believe that the Bible (both the Old and New Testament) is the inerrant, verbally inspired, and infallible Word of God, and that the Bible is absolute Truth and God’s final authority. We believe that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone and His atonement and forgiveness on the cross. We believe that a New Testament church is an association of baptized believers who come together to exalt the Savior through worship, equip the saints through discipleship, encourage the servants through fellowship, and evangelize the sinner through evangelism.

How do I join the Family of Hope at Cottage Hill?
Once you believe Cottage Hill Baptist church is where God would have you to attend, we encourage you to make the commitment to join our family. At the conclusion of one of our Worship Celebrations, simply go forward and tell one of the pastors of your decision to join Cottage Hill. You are welcome to join the church in one of three ways: baptism, letter, or statement of faith. If you choose to join by letter, we will ask the church in which you are currently a member to send a letter verifying membership. You may also join by statement of faith if you have accepted Christ as your personal Savior and have been Biblically baptized.

What do I do if I want to be baptized?
As a believer, being baptized is your public profession of faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus said, “If you profess Me before men, I will profess you before My Father, Who is in Heaven.” If you have made a profession of faith, our pastors would love to baptize you! You can call our church offices to set up a time, or come forward at the end of any of our Worship Celebrations.

I have never been to Cottage Hill before. Where do I go once I get on campus?
As a guest, you will find special visitor parking in both the front lot directly in front of the Worship Center, or in the back parking lot along Thigpen Rd. Greeters will be in both lots to answer any questions you may have. Additionally, Welcome Centers are located around our church campus for any other inquiries about the ministries at CHBC.
