OUR GOAL IS TO NOT HAVE ANY DEFECTS IN THE TAPES AND CD’S OFFERED BUT THERE ARE TIMES, EVEN THOUGH EACH TAPE AND CD IS CHECKED FOR QUALTIY, THAT A DEFECTIVE TAPE OR CD IS SOLD. IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE TAPE OR CD PLEASE RETURN IT TO THE TAPE MINISTRY AT COTTAGE HILL BAPTIST CHURCH AND WE WILL EITHER REPLACE OR REFUND YOUR MONEY. WE MUST HAVE THE TAPE OR CD RETURNED BEFORE WE CAN REPLACE OR REFUND YOUR MONEY FOR INVENTORY PURPOSES.
