Join us for an afternoon filled with loads of fun activities including the annual deacon/staff softball game, youth softball, volleyball, and inflatables. Bar-B-Que, hamburgers, and hot dogs will be provided. There is parking on site, but please carpool if possible. Make sure to bring your lawn chairs or blankets.

The ROC! A Great DEAL!
In an effort to maintain excellence at The ROC we have found it needful to increase ROC fees. Beginning February 26, 2008, ROC fees (Cardio/Strength rooms) will increase by $15 per person. This includes additional family member fees. Key tag fees (walking track/ open gym) will increase from $5 to $10. Come join the ROC...it's a great deal!

Benefits of aerobic exercise include increased energy levels, improved mood, better sleep habits and decreased blood pressure. Aerobic exercise also burns calories and improves your metabolism! If you are looking for a healthier YOU, come and join us at The ROC! Enrollment is open at any time. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:15 until 9:30 a.m. For details contact the instructor, Kimberly Tharp (602-0212). Childcare is provided. Reservations must be made by noon the day before by calling the Preschool Office at 660-2426.

Coed Volleyball Begins Now! Come join the fun on Monday nights from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the ROC. March 10 will be our first meeting. Bring a friend and we’ll pick teams for an evening of fun. See you Monday.
