When preschoolers arrive at their room, parents are issued a two-part, yellow and white, Childhood Security form to fill out. The white copy will remain with the child. The child will only be released to the parent who presents their signed yellow copy of the form. Parents who are attending the Worship Service will receive a unique security number. That number will be flashed in the Worship Center if the parent is needed.

The form also includes space where parents can give instructions concerning their baby's care, feeding and sleeping habits.
