Benefits of aerobic exercise include increased energy levels, improved mood, better sleep habits and decreased blood pressure. Aerobic exercise also burns calories and improves your metabolism! If you are looking for a healthier YOU, come and join us at The ROC! Enrollment is open at any time. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:15 until 9:30 a.m. For details contact the instructor, Kimberly Tharp (602-0212). Childcare is provided. 55+ Fitness Class!
If you are 55+, come and experience a fun fitness class for both men and women. Classes meet in the Sr. High Ministry Area (located on the second floor above the ROC) on Monday and Wednesday from 9:00-10:15 AM and on Friday from 10:30-11:30 AM. All participants are required to check-in at The ROC Desk. Cost is $3 or purchase a discounted 18 sessions for $45. Call Karen in the Sports Outreach office (662-8650) for details.
