The ROC’s 2019 weight loss challenge is rooted in Scripture and designed to help you become your best self. This is not a diet; it’s choosing a lifestyle of faith and health. Challenge participants will be automatically entered in the Getting on Track Fitness Challenge to complement your journey to a healthy lifestyle.
