Often the missing link for successful weight loss is accountability.   Our Fall Figure Flip is designed to help you achieve your health goals through accountability, education, easy to follow meal plans, recipes, exercise and more.  This is the last plan you will ever need to achieve and maintain your weight loss goals.

Challenge Dates:  Wednesday, September 20-Oct. 25 - 6:30 pm  (Weigh-Ins begin @ 6 pm or after class)

$49 Entry Fee includes TLS Health Guide, 6 weeks Free Gym membership and Fitness Classes,  Weigh-Ins, Body composition, Meals Plans, Educational Classes by Certified Health Coach, FB support group & recipes.

Tuesdays — Beginner/Intermediate Ballet

Tuition $40 per month

12 mos – 23 mos                              3:00 pm

2 -3 years                                            3:30 pm

4-5 years                                             4:00 pm

Thursdays — Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Ballet  Tuition $55/month

Ages 9 – 11                                          3:30 pm

Ages 6-8 years                                   4:30 pm

Thursdays — Beginner/Intermediate Jazz

Ages 9 & up                                        5:30 pm

An annual Registration of fee of $30 will be required for each participant. *

*Annual payment will waive Registration Fee.  Semi-Annual Payment will reduce Registration fee to $15 per participant.

              Fall Class Schedule

Mondays and Wednesdays @ 9am

Barre Intensity - Fridays @ 9 am

This barre-based class incorporates a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.” This class incorporates light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work. Bring a mat and water for this great, low-impact, effective workout.

ZUMBA®

Is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:45 pm  Walk-ins $5 | One-Month Package $30 (expires monthly)

Senior Fitness

Research points to the positive impact physical activity can have on the lives of older adults. Staying active as we age can aid in preventing the onset of diseases such as heart disease, and controlling other conditions such as arthritis and diabetes. To help older adults get the exercise they need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, there’s a fun solution called Silver Sneakers Fitness Program now being offered at The ROC. To find out if you are eligible, contact Diane at (251) 662-8650 or visit us online at silversneakers.com.  Classes are held Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. No cost for Silver Sneakers or Silver & Fit card holders.  Those not eligible for a Silver Sneakers/Silver & Fit card may participate for $1.00 per class (must sign CHBC ROC Waiver).

Classic

 This class is designed to help with agility, balance, coordination and activities for daily living by increasing muscular strength and range of movement. Tuesdays @ 10:15 am

 Circuit

The circuit class offers low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper body work using hand held weights, elastic tubing and the Silver Sneakers ball.  Mondays @ 9:15 am & 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month – 10:15

Yoga

The Yoga class, a class designed for ALL participants, focuses on poses and postures to improve breathing, flexibility, balance, muscular strength and endurance and joint range of movement. Wednesdays @ 9:15 am.

Zumba Gold®

This class is perfect for active older adults who are looking for aimage003 modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.  Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!

1st & 3rd Thursday of the month – 10:15 am.  No cost for Silver & Fit & Silver Sneakers card holders.  $1 per class for non-card holders.  Open to everyone.

Available Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Summer hours: 8:30 am-10:30 am.  August-May hours: 8:15 am-10:3- am RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.  Children must be the sibling/dependents of person attending class.  Email EncodedSuccessfully Encoded or call 660-2426.  Cancel reservations in advance to avoid fees.
