Back to School Bash
Join us for Back to School Bash on August 5th from 6-7:30PM! The whole family is invited to this free event! We'll have inflatables, dodgeball, face painting, bingo, live music, and laser tag! You can also purchase dinner from one of four food trucks beginning at 5:30 as well! We hope to see YOU at Back to School Bash!
Educator Sunday
At Cottage Hill, we recognize the incredible sacrifice and dedication it takes to invest in the lives of children. Whether you’re a teacher, bus driver, administrator, counselor, homeschool parent, maintenance worker, or support staff we see you, we’re grateful for you, and we want to pray for you.
Join us in service on August 9 as we take time to pray over and bless everyone preparing for a new school year. We believe it's more important now than ever to cover our schools in prayer and plead the blood of Jesus over every campus, classroom, and student. As a small token of our gratitude, we also have a gift just for you. We hope you’ll join us and let us support you as a church family.
MidWeek Is Back
Our MidWeek gatherings are designed to provide a haven from your busy week. Join us for one of the many classes and Bible study opportunities happening across our campus.
Game Day Sunday
Join us on Sunday as we welcome local teams to worship and cheer them on for the season ahead. We'll be serving breakfast to our visiting teams before the service, and everyone is encouraged to wear their favorite team jersey or school colors!
Come early for some pre-game fun and see if you can kick a field goal on the front lawn before worship begins. Then join us for a meaningful morning as we gather together at 10:30 AM to worship and pray for our students, athletes, coaches, and community.
GriefShare Support Group
If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, you are invited to join our GriefShare support group. GriefShare is a welcoming, caring group of people who understand the difficult journey of grief and will walk alongside you as you move toward healing and hope.
Our 13-week session begins Wednesday, August 19, and meets every Wednesday from 6:00–7:30 p.m.
You may register online at GriefShare.org by selecting "Find a Group" and choosing Cottage Hill, Mobile, Alabama. You may also register in person by completing a sign-up sheet at the front desk.
The only cost is $20, which covers the participant workbook.
Man Talk
Man Talk 2026 is coming Thursday, August 20! Join us for an evening of fellowship, encouragement, and challenge as Jared Hudson shares his story and calls men to live with courage and conviction. Dinner begins at 5:30 PM, followed by the service at 6:30 PM. This will be a powerful night of worship, community, and practical encouragement for men of all ages.
LIFE Group Launch Sunday
Looking for a place to connect at Cottage Hill? Join us for LIFE Group Launch Sunday on August 23. Following the morning worship service, LIFE Groups from across our church will be represented in Heritage Hall, giving you an opportunity to meet group leaders, learn about available groups, ask questions, and find a group that fits your stage of life. Men’s Bible Study SAVED. NOT SOFT.

PRETEEN CAMP
Get ready for an unforgettable summer adventure at Preteen Camp! From July 9–12, we’re heading to Camp Baldwin for four days packed with fun, worship, games, and growing in our faith together. Preteen Camp is for students who have completed 4th-6th grade. The cost is $250, and a $75 deposit is required to reserve your spot. Beginning May 3, the price will increase to $299, so don’t wait! 250th: A Prayer for Our Nation
Join us at 10:30 AM as we celebrate America's 250th anniversary with a special service focused on prayer for our nation, our leaders, our communities, and future generations. Veterans and active military personnel are invited to enjoy a complimentary breakfast at 8:00 AM before the service. Our own Hill Brothers Quartet will join us for a special time of worship! Kiddos are welcome in the service, and worship guides will be available to help them engage. Childcare will be provided for children ages 6 weeks through preschool. Plan to hang out after service for Bomb Pops as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of our Nation!
Veterans and Active Military Breakfast
Veterans and active military personnel are invited to join us for a complimentary breakfast at 8:00 AM in the Fellowship Hall before our 250th: A Prayer for Our Nation service. This free breakfast is our way of expressing gratitude for your service and sacrifice. While the breakfast is free, we ask that you RSVP by July 1 on our website or at the Atrium Desk. We look forward to honoring you!

WOMEN'S MOVIE NIGHT:
It’s time for summer, relaxing and laughter! Ladies! Gather your friends and join us for a movie night you won’t soon forget! Crescent Theater on June 6, arrive at 3:30, movie begins at 4pm for "Mom’s Night Out”: the hilarious movie about a group of moms who just want a “Ladies Only” night out that doesn’t go quite as planned.
Tickets are $15 and include popcorn.
Student Camp
Student Camp is a fun and exciting experience for middle school and high school students. We will join with all our campuses for a can’t-miss experience at Shocco Springs.
Summer Jam
Come along with us on an EPIC journey to discover God's Kingdom at Summer Jam 2026! Summer Jam is an exciting, can’t-miss week of fun packed with high-energy worship, impactful teaching, games, crafts, and SO MUCH MORE! Summer Jam is open to all who have completed Kindergarten through 6th grade, with a separate Preteen experience for those who have completed 4th-6th grade. Summer Jam is sure to be the best week ever, so pre-register your child today!
Night of Worship
CHURCH-WIDE NIGHT OF WORSHIP Join us as we close out our MidWeek semester with a special Night of Worship for the whole family. All ages are welcome, and we encourage everyone, kids, students, and adults, to come worship together as one church. This night is an invitation to breathe deep, lift your voice, and be refreshed in Him.
Parent-Child Dedication
Parent-Child Dedication is a special moment for families to publicly commit to raising their kids to know, love, and follow Jesus. It includes a family dinner and time of preparation and commitment on Thursday evening, as well as a time of dedication on Sunday morning.
GRADUATION RECOGNITION
Senior Recognition Sunday is May 3rd, 2026. Seniors will be recognized during the service. A senior breakfast will be held at 9:00 am in the student space. Each senior will receive 3 free tickets. Additional tickets are $15 each. for up to 5 additional tickets Each senior gets a table to decorate. Seniors can come decorate the tables at the church on Saturday May 2nd from 9:00am-10:00am or Sunday before 9:00am. Seniors will stand at their Tables following SUnday’s service for church members to congratulate and pray for them.Please RSVP for a table and the breakfast by April 19, 2026.
LWYL Blood Drive
Join us for the Love Where You Live Blood Drive on Sunday, May 3, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM! The blood drive bus will be parked on the sidewalk right in front of the atrium doors, making it easy to stop by and give. Your donation can make a life-saving difference, consider taking a few minutes to help meet a critical need in our community.

Flower the Cross
On Saturday, April 4, from 7AM to 7PM, we invite you and your family to join us in a meaningful tradition: Flowering the Cross. From sunrise to sunset, our Cottage Hill campus will have a cross placed outside as a space for reflection, reverence, and worship. This simple yet powerful act symbolizes the beauty that rises from the sacrifice of Jesus. Bring flowers and take part at any time throughout the day. Experiencing high blood pressure, cholesterol, or diabetes? Seeking weight loss? Struggling with dietary choices and understanding food labels?
Bring your favorite food labels, and we’ll guide you through understanding the ins and outs of deciphering them and how it affects your health. Sign up at the ROC desk Mon.-Fri. 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Class is free. Class is taught by Deborah Colby who has a Master’s in Health Promotion.
Bible Buddy Adoption Day
Your kids are invited to Bible Buddy Adoption Day! Kids in preschool through fourth grade will get to choose a stuffed animal to be their cuddly sidekick as they snuggle up and spend time in God’s Word. When they adopt a Bible Buddy, they’ll get resources to encourage them to fall in love with reading the Bible, and you’ll get tools to help you make God’s Word central in your home. Start brainstorming names for your Bible Buddy and join us in the atrium on Sunday, March 15, for Bible Buddy Adoption Day!

Christmas Eve Candlelight Service
YOU’RE INVITED TO CHRISTMAS AT COTTAGE HILL! Come celebrate EMMANUEL with us!
Join us on December 24th at 5:00 PM for a Christmas Eve Candlelight Service. This is one of our favorite evenings of the year with our church family! Join us for a candlelight service, hot chocolate, and special photobooths! Some families like to dress up for this service, and some families will be casual. You are welcome in whatever your family feels most comfortable wearing. We will not have childcare and would love for your children to join everyone in family worship. This service is in-person only.
