Singing at The Steeple
Join us on Wednesday, September 25 at 10:00 AM for a special morning of worship at the historic Steeple in downtown Mobile, featuring The Amazing Greys choir, The Hill Brothers, and all your favorite hymns. Tickets are $5 per person and are available for purchase with cash or check at the 55+ Desk or Atrium Desk. Reserve your spot by September 9. Seats are subject to availability. Free Parking is available in the lot next to The Steeple (corner of St. Francis St. and St. Joseph St.). Discover Cottage Hill is your chance to explore who we are and where we’re going as a church. Over lunch with Pastor Alan and Mrs. Kathy, you’ll learn about our history, our heart, and the vision God has given us for the future. Our leadership will walk you through what we believe and what it means to be part of the Cottage Hill family. She Leads
Ladies, make plans to attend She Leads, an evening created to encourage and empower women of all ages. Join us for powerful worship and an inspiring message from our guest speaker, Donna Gaines. Before the main event, enjoy dinner and shop from a unique selection of local vendors offering everything from boutique fashion and handmade pottery to baked goods, children’s clothing, and more.
Shopping and FREE coffee will be open from 4:30 to 6:30 PM, with food served from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. The main session will follow, featuring worship and a message you won’t want to miss!

Encounter
EXTRA! EXTRA! Read all about it—there’s Good News! Join us for Encounter, a FREE one-night event designed for college students to connect, worship, and hear the life-changing truth of the Gospel. We’ll be diving into what it means to carry the Good News in our everyday lives.
Expect an unforgettable night filled with Worship, free food, games & door prizes, silent disco, and more! Come hang out, bring a friend, and experience what the Good News is really all about. The headline is clear: Jesus is the Good News. Come and encounter Him.

Grandparents' Day
Join us for a Picnic-Themed Grandparents' Day! on Sunday, September 7, right after the 10:30 service! Enjoy games, prizes, lunch, ice cream, and inflatables for all ages.
Cost is $7 for adults and $5 for kids. RSVP is required—sign up online at cottagehill.org/evetns or register at the 55+ desk. Deadline to register is Wednesday, August 27.

Bizzy Moms
Bizzy Moms will begin September 3 at 9:30. This is a ministry to stay-at-home moms facilitated by older moms who serve as mentors. Free childcare is available for the monthly meetings. There is a need for childcare volunteers to serve for 3 hours once a month. A registration and information table will be in the atrium beginning August 17. Contact Donna Spivey to volunteer or register.

Men's Bible Study
Men’s Bible Study | Begins Tuesday, August 27

Man Talk
Whether you're a father, a son, or simply a man looking to grow in your faith and leadership, Man Talk is for you. Join us for a powerful evening of encouragement, brotherhood, and spiritual growth as we welcome guest speakers Brodie Croyle and his father John Croyle. Brodie, a former University of Alabama and NFL quarterback, now serves as the President and CEO of Big Oak Ranch, a Christ-centered home for children needing hope and healing. His father, John Croyle, founded Big Oak Ranch more than 45 years ago after walking away from a promising NFL career to follow God's call. Together, they bring a legacy of faith, fatherhood, and leadership.

Grief Share
GriefShare Begins Wednesday, August 13
If you’re walking through the pain of loss, you don’t have to do it alone. GriefShare is a 13-week, Christ-centered support group designed to help you navigate the journey of grief and find hope and healing. We’re offering two class options: Morning Group: 9:00–10:30 AM Evening Group: 6:00–7:30 PM. Both sessions meet weekly on Wednesdays beginning August 13. Whether you’re newly grieving or it's been some time, you are welcome to join!

Educator Sunday
At Cottage Hill, we recognize the incredible sacrifice and dedication it takes to invest in the lives of children. Whether you’re a teacher, bus driver, administrator, counselor, homeschool parent, maintenance worker, or support staff—we see you, we’re grateful for you, and we want to pray for you.

Back to School Bash
Join us for Back to School Bash on Wednesday August 6th from 5:30-7:30PM! The whole family is invited to this free event! Jump Sunday
We are so excited for the new school year and can’t wait for everyone to jump up to their new grades! On Sunday, August 4, your Kids (Birth-4th Grade), Preteens (5th-6th Grade), and Students (7th-12th Grade) can go directly to their new location in Life Group and also in Wee Worship or Kids Worship. MEET THE MAYORAL CANDIDATES
As we are aware, this mayoral race is a very important one for our city. Therefore, on behalf of a collaboration of local pastors and congregations, Cottage Hill is hosting a Meet the Candidates Forum on Tuesday evening, May 6th at 6PM! We aim to provide a venue for citizens to express what they believe are the most important issues facing the next Mayor and give the candidates an opportunity to publicly respond with how they will deal with those issues. In addition, an opportunity to simply get to know each candidate better.

GRADUATION RECOGNITION
We are so excited to honor our graduating high school seniors during service. We will also have our annual Senior Breakfast for seniors and their family’s at 9AM that morning. Each senior can receive 3 free tickets (for senior and their parents). Each additional ticket will be $10. After the service we invite the church to walk down heritage hall to congratulate and pray for seniors as well as visit their senior tables to see all they have accomplished and their plans for the next season of their life! STUDENTS ATLANTA MISSION TRIP
This Spring Break, join us for a meaningful and impactful experience on our Atlanta Mission Trip. From April 21-25, we will partner with City Takers Ministry to serve and support communities in need. Through outreach projects, relationship-building, and acts of service, you will have the opportunity to grow in your faith and make a lasting difference. The total cost is $200, with a $50 deposit required. Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot soon. We look forward to serving together in Atlanta.

LWYL HOMEBOUND EASTER FLOWER DELIVERY
Deliver an Easter Bud Vase of Flowers to one of our Homebound Members on the way home after the 10:30 worship service on Easter Sunday. It just a small way of letting them know that we are thinking of them on this very special day! Sign up at the 55+ Desk. (Directions to their home will be provided)

Sent Weekend
Sent weekend is for all college and young adults who are seeking to grow in their faith. Whether you just started your faith journey or are a seasoned disciple we want to challenge you in your faith. Come grow in your faith so that you can be SENT out to live out your faith. SENT weekend is April 11th-12th and will be $20 to cover the costs of the weekend. Hear from the different pastors apart of the cottage hill team and be ready to grow in your faith at SENT!

BetterMan MidWeek
BetterMan is a gathering for men of all ages who meet each week for a study that provides a clear definition of biblical masculinity that makes your marriage, parenting, work-life, relationships, everything better.
