Come sing your favorite hymns in a beautiful setting with hundreds of other seniors who love to sing the old hymns and worship together. There is only one performance at 10 a.m. and seating is limited, so get your tickets now!
You can make a difference in someone’s life by donating blood at our upcoming Blood Drive on Sunday, September 13, from 8:30 AM–1:00 PM. The blood drive will be located at the North Entrance. Every donation has the potential to help save a life, so make plans to give and encourage a friend to join you!
It’s time to tailgate! Come hear from cheerleaders, see mascots, and enjoy a fun-filled day with your grandkids for lunch after worship on Sunday, September 13. There will be inflatables for the kids, table games for the younger ones, and great prizes for all ages!
Discover Cottage Hill is your chance to explore who we are and where we’re going as a church. Over lunch with Pastor Alan and Mrs. Kathy, you’ll learn about our history, our heart, and the vision God has given us for the future. Our leadership will walk you through what we believe and what it means to be part of the Cottage Hill family. Discover Cottage Hill is a requirement for all new members, but attending doesn’t mean you’re committing to join—just come enjoy a meal, ask questions, and see how you might fit into the ministry God is doing here at Cottage Hill.
Join us for Grandparent Lunch & Learn on Sunday, September 20, immediately following worship in the Fellowship Hall. Register at the 55+ Desk or call the 55+ Office at 251-660-2425. The cost is only $5, payable at the event.
Join us on September 23 for Student Worship Night! We’ll spend the night worshiping together and learning about the wonder of God’s love and how deep, powerful, and undeserved it truly is. Come ready to worship, grow, and be reminded of just how incredible it is to be loved by God.
We leave on our church buses at 7 a.m. for a great breakfast at Cracker Barrel and then we head north to Stockton to attend their Annual Old Timey Day. You will enjoy seeing plenty of old tractors, old cars at the car show and many other items from years gone by. Hear bluegrass and gospel music. You might find an old item to buy from the many booths that will be available and of course plenty of food. It’s going to be a lot of fun and fellowship. There is no cost for the trip, but you must sign up at the 55+ Desk or call the 55+ office at 251-660-2425.
All kids in preschool-4th grade are invited to come on a safari with us for a wild night of worship in Cottage Hill Kids! Dress up like an animal or an animal-loving adventurer as we learn how to live wild about Jesus!
Come join members of our 55+ Family as we assemble gifts for the thousands of seafarers who visit the Port of Mobile with a special Christmas gift. We will leave our church by bus at 9 a.m. to head to our Mobile Baptist Association Office. Coffee and donuts will be provided. Sign up to go with us at the 55+ desk or by calling the 55+ Office at 251-660-2425.
HYPEFEST is a high-energy fall event for 7th–12th grade students, hosted by Cottage Hill Students on Wednesday, October 28 from 5–8 PM at Cottage Hill Baptist Church. The night will be packed with inflatables, free food, giveaways, a silent disco, and a costume contest—plus plenty of surprises along the way. It’s completely free and designed to be a fun, safe space where students can connect, celebrate the season, and invite their friends to experience an unforgettable night.
Parent-Child Dedication is a special moment for families to publicly commit to raising their kids to know, love, and follow Jesus. It includes a family dinner and time of preparation and commitment on Thursday evening, as well as a time of dedication on Sunday morning. When registering, parents should make plans to attend both dates. All ages of children are welcome to participate, so register by October 25 and join us on November 5 & 8 for Parent-Child Dedication!
